Yes Smiles are enabled.

If I go to Admin Menu, Comments,& Clcik onto a comment with a Smile.

: - D (WITHOUT SPACES)

and then click preview I get

{img src="http://www.XXXXXXX.com/uploads/smil3dbd4d4e4c4f2.gif" alt="" /}
(HAD TO CHANGE <> FOR {} TO SHOW HERE)

and no smile

However if I open a new explorer window and go to the address:

'http://www.XXXXXXX.com/uploads/smil3dbd4d4e4c4f2.gif'

I see the smile

Any Idea's

I have the same sort of problem with smiles but can't find the answer anywhere in the forums.

When I insert a smile or link onto the site I get the html tag not the smile or link.

However smiles do work in private messaging.

Anyone any idea's i've tried everthing I can think of short of deleting the whole site and starting again! Bit drastic but I don't know what else to do.

They were working and the ones that were working are still working, but if you go into edit them then preview with changing anything there is the link now smile.

Please help, tearing my hair out

Hi how can I remove the link 'Marquee' from the main menu as this doesn't go anywhere.

All I want is the ticker on my home page.

Images NOT Displying in Custom Block

When I create a custom block and try to insert an image, All I get is
{img}http://www.XXXXXXX.co.uk/images/image.jpg{/img}
(I had to change brackets from [] to {} to display here cos it seems to work ok here!)

and NO picture!

what am I doing wrong?

I have deleated the contents of Templates_C but still that same.

Can anyone please help
