empty admin.php (administration menu)

I think this topic might have been discussed 1000 times but i could not find help on the advance search.

My Admin page has gone white blank after i have installed a module, i can reach the module, i can log in to to my admin account as a user but not to the ADMINISTRATION MENU.
What can i do to accesss my Admin Panel?

I am testing the block from the Admin side so the link ain't important.

I have not removed the modules from the main menu they are there.

The number of characters is set to a minimum of 5.

Its still not working.

I don't know what happened to my site it was working well for some months but from one day the number of posts went mad.
Next to all new user names, i am having a number that is not starting with zero but with something like 1677721 on all my new members.

For example the member below is new and in real sense he has less than 3 posts but look at what it shows. The same figures show on the top posters block.

I have spend hours on the XOOPS search typing all the key words that came to mind but in vain.

How to moderate threads and not posts on newbb?

Hi all,
I would like to moderate threads and not posts on NEWBB how can i do that? when i go to a forum's Topic permissions i can either deny a group permission to start new topics meaning they cant post a topic now or i set permission to Post without Approval meaning anything posted will not be moderated.

How can i set moderate new threads only and not replies?

Try USERPAGE module it should work for you.

Enable global searches - Yes
That was enabled from before and the Minimum keyword length set to 5. its working well from the link search.php but not with the block.
