Great suggestions! I went ahead and upgraded to 2.2.3 final. Many of the other lingering problems were solved. Thank you!

I am running 2.2.2. Many new users are complaining of not able to register and getting this; "Sorry, your password must be at least 3 characters." Passwords inputed were at least 3-characters and matching also. Other users were successful but few are not.

Why? I did searches in XOOPS but did not find the answer.

I turned off the xoop protectors and still no avail.

Any suggested solution is very much appreciated.

I upgraded to 2.2.3 and it solved my problem. Now, let me tackle the problem with my smartFAQ. It does not display anything. All settings are correct but remains an illusive problem.

Thanks,
Manny

I upgraded to version 2.2.2. I still have some more bugs to fix on the site. First, I want to solve this one.

After the initial log-in in the website, error message is displayed at the Center block; "No Error Message Specified" with the url:http://www.aomori10-freemasons.org/error.php?c=1. I have the Debug mode to "off". I replaced error.php twice. I have no idea why it is being invoke to go to error.php instead of directly to index.php.

Any ideas and suggestions?

Thank you,
Manny Dabu

Great Suggestion! I did find the same thing when I did the search. I read the thread, but after you suggested it, I went ahead and did it. It works. We are back online.

Also, I am building a parallel XOOPS site as a test field before implementing something or anything on the active site.

Thanks again,
Manny

That works. But now my template set manager display is funky. plus when I put the phpdebug. It displays "Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in home/aomori10/public_html/modules/system/admin/tplsets/main.php on line 103"

I cannot manage the templates. How can I reset this?

Thanks in Advance.

I've just completed the upgrade to 2.2.2.. I have my default theme to x2t. The initial page is the X2T, but after logging in, the pages reverts to the default theme. The default theme also displays "Ultimate drop down menu" in the title tag. I replace the default/theme.html without any title but still displays the same title. I replaced the theme.html file with blank but still again displays the normal content instead of blank. Where can I find the default file? I also cleared the cache.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

Never mind!! I found my problem with the FTP application I used. Not all the files are being transfered. I switch to Ipswitch Pro and everything works.

I attempted to upgrade from 2.0.9.2 to 2.2.1. I uploaded all the files from the html folder. I deleted main.php and 'install' folder. I ran the /xoopsupgrade.php. Then I am just coming up with a blank page. I got booted as webadmin user now I cannot even log in to the admin.php. It comes up with a blank page.

Any suggestions? I went and backed up my database. How can I restore/rebuild the website?

I want to do a full installation again and can I reinstall my themes, modules and database? In what order?

Please help..
Manny..
