I have downloaded about 8 modules, and installed them fine, they show up in my admin panel, but 4 of them i can see, but i cant click on them,

No error messages shown,

Yes i tried to re-install same module, but still the same, this happens for 4 other modules, some work ,some do not,

What do you mean by "Also is XOOPS installed on windows?"
