Hello,
I'm building a simple site with XOOPS 2.0.16.
Only default theme works. If I select other theme as default, (e.g. x2t or phpkaox), I can't see them.
User can't select other themes as default theme.

Sorry, I'm trying themes in Firefox and they works properly!!
Its a problem with explorer 7.
I'll read about this issue in other posts.

Hello.
To administrate users, you need only a forum and you can create groups users: members type A, member type b, mail lists. You can create specials areas only for members.
I have a club, I am the administrator. I use by the moment phpBB2 but I'm going to migrate to XOOPS when I have time to do this. Is not easy to migrate the database.
My website: www.patinar-zaragoza.com/forum is about fitness skating.

A friend of is the webmaster of other inline skating web, and it has a lot of news of events related whith skate.
We have found a template to make RSS documents, and I want to put a RSS reader module in my website (now under construction).
Which RSS module do you recommend me?

I already know this is a question very posted in this forum, but I dont find an easy way to do this.
My website is based in a phpBB2 forum.
I want to remake my web with Xoops, but is not easy to migrate the phpbb2 forum, with its members, posts, etc.
I'm waiting one year, looking for a solution,...
I'm thinking to use PHPNUKE, that has the way to migrate the forum easily. BUT I LIKE XOOPS!
Could anybody help me?

An user, after login, can submit a picture of a place, a comment with a text about that place and where is it.
All the pictures would have the same dimensions, and the text field would consist in some fields as:
(e.g., in my case. is fopr place to play football):
where?
distance from center of the citie
url website for more information
posted by
type of floor (the floor of the pitch)
etc, some customized fields
