I've been having this problem for the last couple of weeks on my site. I allow anonymous comments, but I have gone to moderating them.

It is a little more time consuming to delete each pending spam comment individually, but I am not sure what else to do. I use my site as a blog and don't want people to have to register to post a comment.

So, for now I sit and delete and confirm, delete and confirm...
