thanks. the confusing part is that the blocks page shows blocks for registered users as a default the Shoutbox block is initially set with webmaster permissions. once I changed the permits for registered users, it worked fine

Any help appreciated:

For some reason, email notifications are not working within my XOOPS site 2.092. I have tried phpmail, sendmail and smtp and none of them are sending email notications for forum posts.

I checked with my ISP and they say that they are not playing any tricks on me...

Any help is appreciated...

I have installed Shoutbox and changed the order to '0' in the Modules section as instructed.

However, Shoutbox is nowhere to be seen in the site. It does not show up as an available block.

I am running XOOPS 2.092
