Is there any Language block..... something like Themes block?

Hi... is there any possibility to make something like language menu for xoop... what I mean is something like Themes modul which allows user to choose theme they like... I would like to know if there is something also for language change. Thanx

Thank you... I already find it and change it, but now I have different problem.. I was trying to make slovak xoop xore, but there is some problem with characters... I mean we use lot of strange characters in our language and even I made this slovak mutation I was not able to have corect displaying of this characters. Instead of our characters I have just small squares :(

Sorry for probably stupid question, but which file should I change... I mean.. I want to make another language file for slovak and czech language and I don´t know which file in xoop directory should I change. Thanx
