how do i completely restart

how do i completely restart my web site? because i have lost the login screen even using the user.php on the end of my site here is what it looks like:http://xoops.galacnet.com/Farclan

how do i fix that, or completely restart my website without loging in?

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I cannot edit my site because i cannot login as admin. when i type the user.php on the end of my web address my site comes up with a blank page and no signin box. what do i do? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i was messing with the templates and skins on my site and accedentaly changed it to were the login link doesn't work and i cannot login to change it. what do i do?
