pheeeeewww....that certainly helped. for a sudden i thought that i have to go thru with that harsh coding again. anyways, but why can't i use No-Ah module is there any reason?

OMG, this is bad. Okay, from what i can recall is that i installed No-Ah 0.6.2 and then after that i can no longer display my main page.
Everything was running great before i installed No-Ah.
Now only anonymous main page can be displayed.

I get this error msg while i'm trying to install Xoops
under:
win2003 server
IIS6 + PHP 4.3.10 win32 zip + MySQL 4.0.23Win
I have all green on all 4 directory" Upload,Tempalte,Cache and mainfile.php"
But i get this error msg while i preceed the installation.
Warning: copy(../mainfile.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in F:\Hair Topic\install\class\mainfilemanager.php on line 52

symptoms: after you uninstall Appserv and you still seeing 'Apache' or 'MySql' running in your window's Services or when you restart your windows server it tells you one or more of your service didn't start correctly.
Possible error leads: Possible error might cause you not able to re-install Appserv or custom error in MySQL installation.
Solution(this only applies to Windows platform): open command prompt and type sc delete apache
Solution(this only applies to Windows platform): open command prompt and type sc delet mysql
Restart and your system should be ready for another installation of Appserv, mysql...ect

Simply would like to know if this can be done.
i've visited many Xooper's site but have not yet seeing any of them had flash main page or flash menu botton.
Can the main page be modify? or can the menu botton's on the side be modified?

recently i uninstall appserv and XOOPS in my win2003 server and when ever i restart my server again the error dialog pops out saying "one or more of your services didn't start" and when i look into service i still see Apach and MySQL still there after i uninstalled them.
Can anyone tell me how to remove these services??
