How to change the position of the Top News

Hi
I have 2.0.9.2
The news module is 1.2.1
I want to put the top news at the bottom of the page where the articles at the top.
I tried to chage the weight of the block but no luck.
How do I move the block (top news) to the bottom of the page.

I have been trying to change the font type and size in the defaul style.
I need to change the font type and size of the text in the news articles.

I just can't find it.

Ok
I have another problem
It is with the search.

I stil need to change the alignment.

I changed
xoopsmembers_searchform
and
xoopsmembers_searchresults


but there was no result

Where can I change the alignment

After 24 hours the article will be moved to the archive. How do I keep the news on the main page for more than 24 hours.
