I currently use XOOPS 2.2 and CBB 2.2. I found that I cannot post or reply due to lack of those button. For admin control panel, no button for me to create a new forum too. Anyone can help? Thanks.

I am currently using phpkaox theme. Its default text alignment is centralised, how to change it to left alignment? Any thing need to hack in CSS? Thanks.
