Well, I installed it using the normal download package but it still shows up on top, I'm not using the fantsatico install anymore

I just installed XOOPS using Fantastico and seems on the homepage, the blocks (menus) are all on top of the page instead of under the block. Help?

Actually, everything is on top instead of on bottom!http://gamemakers.uni.cc/xoops
