Is there a style sheet cheat sheet

I've been trying to make the menus on the left appear without a grey background - or even a "boxed/higlighted" effect.
I've changed just about everything in style.css tyring to get it to heppen to no avail.
is there a cheat sheet or any good tutorial on all of this. I find piece meal information everywhere but nothing really good.

Is it possible to have a new "page"

When in block management I see that you can have blocks assigned to show under top page or all pages.
Great idea - but how would I make any more pages?
I'm trying to put together a website which will NOT have the same layout on every "page". Is there a way to create new "pages", it seems to me that you can only have one layout for the site based upon your theme.html.

If this is the case, is there a way to change the "theme" via a link? So that when someone follows a link they get a new theme.html?

Thanks. I was able to find themes easily enough.
But for some reason the templates weren't as obvious.
Now just to figure out how to work with it all :)

OK. I'm sorry this mus be an obvious answer.
But where are the template files located.
I can download the tar.gz, etc. But when I browse the site - where do they go? Are the all head in the dtabase?
