Oh, and one other thing. Any suggestions on an easy way to make it all case-insensitive for the extensions? Right now it allows extensions like .doc but not .DOC

I want to upload Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Visio files. Right now, the upload function only accepts Word files (from Microsoft, at least -- it accepts a host of other files).

Right now, in the uploadconfig.php file stored in the wfsection/cache directory, it has a line in the $WfsAllowedMinetype array that looks like this:

"application/vnd.ms-excel",

But when I try to upload a .xls file, it fails. Any suggestions to fix this? And any suggestions on how to allow .ppt and .vsd files?

Thanks in advance!

Now here is something you guys can probably easily help me with.

I finally remembered to turn on the PHP debug window and it pointed me to my problem. The cache/upload directory had the wrong permissions. Since I changed that, the uploads now work. Now I just need to figure out what file types I can upload and what I can't . . . .

bender, I am having the same problem as nuker. But I can't find the code that you are referring to. I have even grepped the whole directory and no go. Are you sure those lines were in version 1.01?

It also fixed the bug with the WF-Section Topics block, which was driving me nuts!

Thanks again . . . .

Thanks for the download info. That sounds like exactly what I need! I have copied the information over the files already on my server. Do I still need to do an update within SysAdmin?

I have wf-sections version 1.01 installed and when I submit an article the resulting email notification has the wrong article linked.

I have set up the permissions that only registered users can submit articles. The webmaster is set to receive an email notification upon new submittals. The webmaster receives these notifications, but every single time it links back to the first article submitted - not the new article!

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Thanks,
Chris

p.s. - I went to post this on the wf-projects web site, but they don't have a forum devoted to old versions of wf-sections.
