I have got the same problem, :(((, even if i'm logged as admin
i get message "you have no rigths...."

i've just installed xoops. I log into XOOPS with admin login. Everything goes fine, except i cannot enter into "administration menu". Page says that i'm logged properly bu i have no rights to view this page (admin.php) Do i have to register (even admin is forced to do it?)
