Service is reliable, and very nice. It is more geared towards community driven. A requirement is to post in the forum and be active in the community. its like 10 post per month or something.

Since I wasnt active, I decided to switch to a paid server. Hostpc.com is nice. Im only paying 15.99 per year. Service is nice and reliable, and I hope to stay with them. Its fast too! you can check out my site, with xoops, and bunch of pictures, and its still fast. They give you 300mb/4gb.

I was weighing free against paid, and now that i am with a paid one, the service is nicier, because if you ahve a technical difficulty, then you'll have an answer faster. However, on free ones, you can wait and wait. On thefreewebhosting.com, its more other users in the community that help you out.

I got it to work!!!

I ran into several problems though, because my server didnt have netpbm or imagemagik, but now it works, and it looks great. However, thanks for the tip for anonymous posting though. All I do is turn it on when i upload, and then switch it back off. (do it in album permission). And tata! Plenty of album working with gallery remote.

I have a problem that I cant seem to find an answer on forums.
Im running XOOPS 2 and xoopsgallery, and I would like to use gallery remote. put all the info in, but then it says that it cannot find gallery at the right url. i doublechecked the url, and its correct.
anyone has any idea?

Im just starting to make a website, and chose xoops. installed ok and everything works perfectly. However, I would like to give access to the anonymous users, and when I try to activate through the blocks, there is no option to chose(like forum or anything).

I was wondering if you had any idea...
