I got a great person helping me dont I? hes right on top of things for me but can someone please help us?

Im not sure how you are tellimg me to do this Someomne else has set me up so i dont have xoopsw locally on my computer.?. I also have 0 cashe options other than to turn them on or off and all are off...Ok iim an idiot but this is what i know...

First off I got logged off overnight some time which happens alot cause of the online timer thing.

But, I cannot get to my admin menu at all when i use the url and do it through it all ,my mods show at being loaded but i have no menu to use. The message i get is:

upon pressing submit I get : failed open file In the top left corner and it loops back to the upper message

I dont know what version i use im sure its the newer or newest one. It was working fine last night. Help please
