I have a question about the license agreement in regards to the following section :

7. NO RESALE OF SERVICE

You agree not to sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of the the XOOPS Sites, use of the the XOOPS Sites, or access to the the XOOPS Sites.

Now i understand that this criteria is explaining that you can sell the XOOPS package for your own commercial gain (or areas/modules etc).

However are you able to use XOOPS as a commercial tool in which users pay for content (such as advertising)?

I want to use the XOOPS system in which only i control the content and its available for viewing by anonymous vistors only.

In the blocks administration under anonymous users i noticed a couple blocks missing from the table so i can't set them to "visible" (however they show up under registered users).

So for example i tried to create a new block under the anonymous users heading and now i have a messed up looking block on the right side but is still only available while i am logged in.

So i have two questions, how do you make all my blocks visible to anonymous traffic and if you create a block that goes wrong how do you delete it?
