Regarding your error with Trackers, I had the very same problem this week... I did some research, and found that if I replace the $_SERVER['PHP_SELF'] for $PHP_SELF the trackers will work.

Be careful with this, if you do that replacement on the admin scripts they will stop working. So, change it only on the pages that are making trouble (php tracker sripts and some class files I think).

I'm not sure what side effects that might have, or how good a solution it is, but at least it puts the trackers to work.
