I want to check is the user already login(into Xoops) ? And his/her access right(registered user/admin...)

Custome script: for a example a web based game and the user must be registered and logged in (when a member logged into XOOPS he/she donT need to login again to play the game)....

P/S: i'm not writing a module of xoops.
