I fixed it! I did it by changing the overall order of the buttons. Instead of starting with 0, they now start with 1.

I did set "News" as the home page. I notice, though, you have a "Home" button and a "News" button. Mine is different. I made "News" the home page and actually renamed it "Home". .

On a side note, now I can't get it to change back to "News". So now its like I can only have a "Home" button and no "News" button.

I actually searched the database for the word "Home" and didn't find it. Its called "News" in xoops_modules.

The news submenu, "Submit News" and "Archives" doesn't show up for me. They are listed in xoops_version.php. What should I do to get them to show?

I'm editing some templates but the changes don't seem to ever show up when I refresh my browser. I have set the update template setting to "yes". with no caching but still can't see the changes I've made. I just can't figure it out.
