why i got this notice--- Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in file

I'm using XOOPS 2.0.5, and when I turn on the php debug,
I Saw every page has this notice:
Notice [PHP]: Undefined index: REQUEST_URI in file E:wwwisa_xoopsISA_xoopincludefunctions.php line 433

I see it won't affect my web site, but I really want to know
why I got that notice and how to correct it??

yes, I includeed that in my header.php, and i erase it,

I'm developing a new module by myself.And I define the constants in /language/english/admin.php. I'm sure all the constans is defined once. But I also got that notice: XXX already defined in XXX.php on line XXX

Why I got that error??Who can tell me ??
