Is there a way to have vBulletin compatible with XOOPS membership system? meaning if a user signs up, his uname:pw will work for XOOPS and vBulletin.

I dont think that i've installed the correct version for my hosting server. My server is linux redhat 7.2.

When i search for that onhttp://netpbm.sourceforge.net i find some files with an extention .rpm.

which program extracts those files, that will extract on windows platform?

I've tried multiple galleries, good installation gone through, but once i get to check netpbm, it gets screwed up. I'm putting in the right dir, or so it seems, but it never gives me a good answer.

This is exactly what it gives me on the "Check NetPBM":
======
You told the config wizard that your NetPBM binaries live here:

/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/DOMAIN.com/web_users/netpbm
If that is not right (or if it is blank), re-run the configuration wizard and enter a location for NetPBM.

Note: Your NetPBM directory (/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/DOMAIN.com/web_users/netpbm) is not in your open_basedir list (specified in php.ini):

/tmp
/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/DOMAIN.com/httpdocs
/usr/local/4admin/apache/vhosts/DOMAIN.com/web_users
So we can't perform all of our basic checks on the files to make sure that they exist and they're executable.

We are going to test each NetPBM binary individually. Click here to hide the details

contact, some administrative section, and register page give me a top-page code:
$this->addOptionArray($member_handler->getGroupList()); } } } ?>

Why is this happening, and how do i fix this problem?

Btw, register_globals are ON under LOCAL and OFF under MASTER VALUE.
