I install XOOP without any errors msg. After I go to the my site I see the blank page. If I try to connect with USER.PHP I also se the blank page. After I try to connect via ADMIN.PHP I see the msg: "You don't have the right to access this area".
In those forums I don't see any usable answers. Please help.
