BIG SLAP ON THE HAND! I don't know how I did it. But I lost my administration menu. I think I changed myself to a Moderator. Now I cannot do anything. I can edit mysqlDB with phpMyAdmin. I see xoops_group_Permissions. Would I edit there? I have tried poking around a little. I have no experience in raw editing the DB so I am not going to change things.
Or do I need a fresh install to correct this.

I knew it was something simple! DUH!
I checked all the blocks there, THEN made the new block.

I created a new block and activated it. It shows up to registered users, not to unregisterd users. I am trying to run the board as if there is no need to register.
How do I get anon users to see it? I did check the propertys for the block. Group:unreg user Visible:yes and show block visible:top page... but I want it in all.
