i've just installed xoops2 on my webspace

Now i'm logged in. I clicked on Administration Menu.
"This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed." I clicked on Submit (I think it's right ;) ) Then "Logging you in...".
But then there'll be the same window as the first.
"This is your first time to enter the administration section. Press the button below to proceed."

Any ideas?
