Problems with WF-Channel

I can't seem to get this module to link to the html file listed in the Channel settings.

The Channel Headline and Title appear, but the html doesn't load. Even the test file doesn't display. If I put text in the page content box, it displays, but rudimenatry html in there just prints out, but doesn't get rendered.

I've reloaded the software (twice, just to be sure). I can't see that anyone else has had this problem, so I feel pretty stupid asking this question. Any ideas?

Thank you for any help

Pedro

As a follow-up, I installed Tiny Content and the HTML rendering works (although I can't seem to be able to change the order of the submenus)

Actually, I found a cleaner fix. Update config.inc.php

There's a specific place to set $caleventapprove = 1 at line 100.

Still haven't found a way to allow only registered users to post events without approval.

I've been playing with that. I made the following change to the addevent.inc.php file.

About 90 lines down is this line

$approve = ($caleventapprove >=1) ? 0 :1 ;

I changed it to

$approve = 1;

It seems to work, although I don't know if there will be some negative result somewhere else.

I'd like to make it only happen if the person is registered, but I haven't figured that out yet.

Has anyone hacked the Contact form to provide a drop down menu?

I'd like my visitors to be able to choose which person gets contacted with their request. I don't want to list email addresses because that generates spam. Any fairly straight forward ideas for a novice?

Thanks

DobePhat,

Thank you. That did the trick. I hadn't checked the admin rights box too.

I've installed the module and am trying to set up users/groups. I have created a group called Committee which are trusted people who I want to be able to make changes and updates to the calendar, but I don't want to make them webmasters. Can I have that new group approve new postings or must I make them webmasters?
