Publisher is showing in my modules and the site still looks like that.

Am i supposed to config it somehow, if so how?

I fixed the white screen issue.. but even with publisher.. im still having the same issue as before.. The menus come up on the site.. but nothing else

I got the template uploaded and set to default with no issues.
But then when i go to my home page to preview how its coming along,
i see this

There is no modules it seems like and i cant find how to turn them on.

Someone help me with this?
