Ok, I turned on debugging and when attempting to login, I get this error:

PHP LDAP extension not loaded (verify your PHP configuration file php.ini) using ads authentication method

I just setup Xoops on my web server, and I'm having some trouble configuring the Active Directory authentication method.

I've been searching the forums and Google for any help related to this. There doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to configure this method on the Xoops support wiki. Can someone please give me a bit more detail on the AD config options? I feel like I've populated the information correctly, but AD authentication just isn't working.

Additionally, I saw a post from someone a few years ago that turned on a debugging mode so he could see the exact errors he was getting when trying to authenticate via Active Directory. Does anyone know how I can do this as well?
