Not truly new to XOOPS but this may be a newbie type question. I want to update my server to php5 but am running XOOPS 2.0.9.2. I have 2 sites running on here and dont want to mess it up. Will that version of XOOPS function the same under php5?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hey guys,
In the spaw editor, there is a pull down for styles, font, size, paragraph.
OK, so what I want to do is add a style to the style drop down. I found the right css file (wysiwig.css) but after adding the css the style doesnt show. Thoughts please?

$GLOBALS['xoopsTpl']->assign( 'xoops_cmod', $dirname );

Thougths on what is wrong with this?

Got a small issue...
Version 2.0.5.2
Module with problem is sections (standard version)

php debug gives this:

Notice: Undefined variable: xoopsUserIsAdmin in /home/fantasya/public_html/header.php on line 91

Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/fantasya/public_html/templates_c/site^theme.html on line 6

Everything else works fine. I have checked that line in header.php on another site and it is the same...
$xoopsTpl->assign(array('xoops_isuser' => true, 'xoops_userid' => $xoopsUser->getVar('uid'), 'xoops_uname' => $xoopsUser->getVar('uname'), 'xoops_isadmin' => $xoopsUserIsAdmin));

I have deleted the file in the templates_c directory. What could be the problem here?? Where else would I look for the xoopsUserIsAdmin variable?

Thanks

Nuker,
make sure that your upload directory is chmod to 777. That is a common error when this is not the case.

Actually, he isnt offering the full versions of the software. The Macromedia stuff is the trial versions. All the other downloads link to the companies website to download. No harm there.

Josua,
Let me chime in here also. I am part owner and webmaster for FantasyAsylum.com and Fantasyref.com. Draven did some great work for us. We have been using XOOPS on fantasyasylum.com for 2 years now and love it. Although I was able to pick most of it up and make the mods that we needed, Draben was better at it than I and really set our new site apart. I am still tapping him for info and help from time to time. So what I am trying to say is, if you set it up and then leave it for someone NOT code savy then there could be trouble if they went in and tried to mess with it. It can be easily messed up, as I do sometimes, but I am able to generally fix my problems. Just my advice. Maybe a "per call" maintenance type contract would be advisable. They would not need you that often, if they leave their hands off the code.
My 2 cents.

George

LADIES AND GENTS,
I HAVE SOLVED THE MYSTERY.

In the word filter definition window, when you define your words be sure NOT to add an | at the end.

Bad: word|word2|word3|
Good: word|word2|word3

Hope this helps someone else out also.
