Formulaire module not attached file, does anyone know the solution?

Formulaire use the module, I created a form correctly and send to my email, which only exists in that form field to send a file, and when the user is sending the form and attached the file in the field when it comes to e- mail field is empty and has nothing attached and also could not find the server

Does anyone know the solution to the problem?
