I'm new here and just installed XOOPS but I'm receiving this error message: "WARNING: Folder /home/icem/public_html/NETWORK/xoops_lib is inside DocumentRoot!
For security considerations it is highly suggested to move it out of DocumentRoot." What does this mean? Will it cause XOOPS not to function properly? How can I fix it?

I'm new to this forum and also this is my first time experimenting with XOOPS. I wanted to use Yogurt Social Network module but I'm having problems installing it. It shows up in my file manager as having been uploaded into a folder labeled "NETWORK" but it will not show up in XOOPS as an uninstalled module so that I can install it and start using it. I must be doing something wrong but I cannot figure out what...please help me.
