I could not get this to work and or did not understand the directions. My files did not match up exactly.

I'm not very good at .php or working with those files.

Let me do it again and post the errors I'm getting.

I tried searching Captcha Xhelp and other search terms to see if there is a place where I can have Captcha for the Xhelp module.

Currently I allow anonymous users to post a question to our system and there is no security or captcha on the ticket submit page.

Is this turned on some where in the main Xoops? or in the Profile Module?

I'm using Xoops 2.4.4 and the most recent version of X-Help.

I had previously deactivated and uninstalled the module through xoops, but I left the folder on my server in case I changed my mind later.

So my Module system page kept looking for it on the server.

Once I deleted it from the server, then my Module starting working fine with no errors or problems and the page is back to normal.

It appears it is working now! The email ticketing system is working!

Like one long sentence with no breaks in the code.

That helps! I never noticed that option.

I get these errors on the Admin /Module Page

Can you maybe describe if you did anything different or what you changed to get it working.

Also, an example of the cron you are using?

My POP3 still does not work.

So I want to try another cron etc.

As stated earlier my CRON was provided by my hosting company since the original cron from the module developer did not work at all.

Here are the results of the CRON which are emailed to me every time it is run.

Ok, but my Admin is working great and everything but one page is not showing up correctly.

Just when I click on the "Module" link to see all of my listed modules I get a white screen with content.

Other then that there are no other problems with the Admin system.

I do not have that option in my preferences.

Currently just the "Module" link takes me to the module page, but there is no Xoops Admin header, just a white page with all of the listed modules and when I add a new module to my server, the page no longer finds the new module. I have to manually run the module installation with a direct link. The module pages does let me turn modules off, delete modules etc...
