Love the module!!! I'm hoping that people actually use it. My site is new (this one anyway) and that will be one of things that will become a regular favorite, I'm sure.

One bug that I found:

[b]When a user types a URL or e-mail address in any of the text fields, a period is always added immediately after.
This is not a huge problem, but if a job seeker clicks an e-mail link, their e-mail client carries that period with it and places it in the "To" address. That means that the message will bounce back or not be delivered at all. I would probably notice the period and delete it, as would you, but many users will assume that there is something broken at the site or that the address is wrong.

There must be a period inserted in some line of code that should be removed, but I don't know enough PHP or CSS to know where to look. I tried, but didn't want to break anything by mistake. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Adjust your criteria according to narrowing the results with unique keywords. I find google a very useful tool when used for single site searchs.

Above shows the line that you will nagivate to handle the ip display off and on.

I think you may need to resize your pop up window. I can make mine show only one column by resizing the window.

Hopefully that is all it is...

Clicking on the more in the online box brings up a popup window showing where they are and their ip address if you have that feature turned on and you are logged in as administrator. [Module config options - Show user IP]

I have added a free Bravenet counter whichs, again if you are logged in to bravenet shows you where your visitor is from and the search engine that bought them there along with the search criteria they used. OR the referring website. see bravenet.com

This is very helpful for fine-tuning your site for the search results you wish to obtain.

Re: [XOOPSinfo.com] A call for Community Collaboration

Thank you,

I went back to your xoopsinfo.com site and found you had added the bluehue theme, which I set for my preference and that did the trick.

It lent a sense of security (familiar and readable) It felt like Xoops, the developer. I liked it!

BlueHue is now dressed for the occasion, while your original theme is dressed for the celebration after the ball. Not many programs can do that transformation with a flip of a user switch.

You guys and gals are terrific. I like what you are doing with the information page.

A BlueStocking opinion.

My first impression of the site xoopsinfo.com is "it is beautiful" And to much of an eye strain to want to go any further with researching the content within its pages.

Returning to the clean white pages of this XOOPS site overrides the desire to follow the links or conversation that might be occurring over there.

I like content information provided to me in BLACK and WHITE, easy to read format, with a minimum of showmanship.

This of course, is only one personal opinion.

I would be here, in support, seeking the direct link to the modules or themes. EXAMPLE CBB module

No eye strain, pleasant experience.

The INFORMATION idea is good, the dark printing on dark background is not.

This is a BlueStocking new-user feedback opinion only.

There are a couple of possible solutions to your inquiry in the thread below. I believe it is very possible.
