Updated English language files

(Someone with a lot of free time and nothing else to do, was playing with pseudo formatting in language files, don't do it again)
Remove outdated translations, use listed here. There are no more such things as language_iso and language_utf8, all translations are utf8.

Edited: Spaces are like in GiJoe modules, thanks.... but don't have the time to rewrite them line by line.

Outdated translations have to be removed, or converted to UTF-8, to be used as base on TX.

Mamba can u move all topics for old versions such as this into one sub-forum read-only (Archive) or something, to not mess with them anymore, since there is a newer version.

Portuguese translation is for removal or conversation to be used as base on TX
English files are updated, removed invalid spaces, converted to UTF-8.
