It works fine for me dude, I am running two XOOPS sites now and I have on both a "please note" block reminding people to register for free etc.

I (as webmaster) was always getting the block up until I modify webmaster group and un-ticked the box.

Now I don't see the box.

jdseymour, does this mean dude that anyone who wants the news from the news mod on my site should paste the .com/backend.php text into where they want it on there site? and if so, when I update(add) news articles to my sites news, does it update them aswell?

LSUfan, Not 100% sure but I know you can turn off the other Blocks (top posters, recent news etc) or just have them show on certain pages(mods) So, maybe, turn all the blocks OFF that are on your right hand side?. maybe even the left ones, use a theme that has controls(menus) on top and you can turn OFF all the side blocks.

Daethian, I used coppermins (xoopsGallery)and changed to something called cxGallery, this one has a random block (images scroll up) and you also have an e-card option aswell! it works great also.

page + text loaded in about 30(ish) seconds, I am connected @ 44000 (isp error I think) and it took a lil longer for the graphics, I love the site and wouldn't mind getting some of those games for my place! where'd ya get em! lol

xcGallery has been locked by a registered user?

Hi all,

I am using xcGallery and it's real good however, someone (a registered user) has deleted two categories and `private` locked all the others, I can't seem to find:-

1) a way of opening these back up
2) a way of preventing this from happening again.

Please, anyone have any answers?
