but i think that the problem is that someone hack my website because it was working so good when i transfer it to the new server

i had XOOPS 1.3.8 website
it transfer it to another server about one month ago
it's work ok till today
few hours ago
the home page had problems
i had choose the forum as the main program for the website it's the only thing that appear there is no header or footer
it return to work by itself for few secoands then it had the same problem & it goes between this till i try to chang the theme to the main theme
when i click ok the website stop working at all
just white page with nothing at all
i need help very fast please
