Install went smooth but when i make changes or if i want to add some content i doesnt save, maybe something broke with write to the database ? (database connector)

templates_c directory is very old and not used anymore , so this cant be the reason
Try:
1.default template instead of your own template
2.check your directory settings (chmod)
3.disable your blocks , if success enable them one at a time
4.turnoff modules likes blocks (do not uninstall them !!)
Better : go and upgrade to newer version of xoops , your version is outdated en you will run for sure in problems when your hoster decides to upgrade his php and sql version

I made some update to my VPS and had some problems with Xoops
Some modules like publisher throws blank pages´s in with PHP 5.4 in 5.3 there are no errors, so what is the status of moving Xoops and modules to PHP 5.4 (i know Xoops 2.5.6. is php 5.4 ready)
I had problem also with migrating from MySQL 5.1 to 5.5 branch, problems with connecting to database because there are differences with username bits, something with notations
But the main problem is upgrading PHP to never versions this breaks some modules

I think somethings are changed in sourceforge , i cant download the publisher trunk anymore, i used downloadSVN software before and that wasn´t any problem now i cant downlaod it , is there a way do download this version Publiser ?
