AWW WE LOVE YOU TOO....

While you in such a giving mood, why not construct a job board module, a better friend finder module(dating), a module where members can make mini-websites on a XOOPS site.....

But honestly, I love this community also, second to my websites community...it is professional, helpful and insightful...I have learned so much in my short 3 months here so far.....I mean like light years compared to where I was before I came to Xoops...

Good stuff dave, thats why I love XOOPS....this community is VERY helpful....

I have actually checked my cache settings as they were..I was running 774, and it has been working .....so I guess I keep it there

Found a great php quiz, that would be easy to Port!

I know there is MyQuiz I believe but it is very undeveloped. Well I have found a php quiz script that is very neat. I dont think it will be hard converting into to xoops..seeing that It is no more than 5-7 small php files total....

anyone interested in the script and porting this...

i can direct you to the script itself..

I think it is called quizomatic76...it is new...easy to use..and setup

Question,

Does the MAIN folder for i.e. (Donations) OR (newbb) have to be chmod to 644, or just the files in it?

Cause I am noting everytime I try the 644 on my folders....it is casuing my index pages not to show...only shows when I have read/execute, I just tried the read only....the module page will not appear....

peter, so the 644 works with XOOPS? all the modules and files will work properly?

If so, I have alot of work to be done....in changing permissions....

but I want to make sure that my modules and website will work properly before I do this..

Correct me if I am wrong, I thought some php files must have a;; three open, read, write and exceute to actually function properly...?
