I would like to modify the recent comment and recent topics to show entries made in the last XX days, or YY items, which ever is greater.
Anyone done this?
My site is quite quiet, and I would like to make the blocks for comments and topics smaller, without having recent comments/posts fall off the list when they're still recent.

I had a look in the newbb.css but couldn't see anything that changes font sizes. Will try the firefox trick. I was really pulling my hair out trying to follow the styles in the source code produced.

Help!!! I just can't work the formatting out on Newbb2.

Reading another thread, adding a font size to the .outer style let me (finally) change the font size for the forum header. Is this the right place to change this? Checking other themes out, they don't have a font size specified in .outer
If i REMOVE the font size in .outer, the font becomes huge (like on the site). I just don't know which style is doing that.
How do you change the drop down text from white?

For my WORKING theme, I've made up new styles in the theme to add borders and padding to the images, but is there a way to change a built in style to affect this?

You know, i've not tested mine in 2.0.9.2... yup it still works. What version of imagemagick do you have? I run 6.1.5.

Check your path to Imagemagick then, it might not be correct. I had similar trouble too. Turned out I'd not included the trailing slash.
My setting looks like this
C:/htdocs/bin/imagemagick/
Of course you can use NetPBM or GD 1 or 2, but I haven't tried using them.

What size picture are you uploading? Are all paths correct? If you look in the directory, are the normal and thumb images created?

I wish there was a module that displayed a simple minical, upcoming events and could be linked to the news. I'd rather post a news item, and have the calendar link to that, if necessary, rather than keep details of the event seperate to news / duplicated in news.
