You need turn off MySQL strict mode by running following command in mysql

SET @@global.sql_mode= '';

Please check if you have MySQL strict mode turned off.
Anyway we will test with strict mode.

Just wanted to clarify: I am listed as a project manager of the module, thank suico, but I was not aware of the release.

I have talked with suico about the weird thing and I believe he will have proper considerations.

Sorry for the confusing naming conversion rule.
perhaps it would be better to use the term of "temporary_data" for "caches" (automatically generated by system and can be removed) and "persistent_data" for "configs" (manually created data)

Just double checked trabis' solution, it is also a good one.

"Who is developing this module btw?"
-- The module is adopted solely for feature compat, it won't be 'developed' actively but only be maintained till the profile module for XOOPS 3.0 is out.
