I followed your link and it said I do not have permission for obvious reasons.

I am using article 0.9.

I am using firefox.

I do not see the same problem that you describe.

I believe you are experiencing a theme problem. I have seen the problem you are describing many times. It has to do with the table attributes in the css.

I create a new group, lets call it abusers.

Give the new group abusers limited access rights. They can log in but with restricted access.

When I want to limit someone who is abusing the whole site I just put them in the abusers group. Problem almost solved.

If you are using 2.0.13 or < they can still abuse the PM system.

Now if we only had permissions for PM the problem would be solved.

Great news.

I usually monitor it on a regular basis.

It is the only thing I have found to make my sites unreliable.

I am seeing no forum. You need to enable access to anonymous users.

What kind of help do you need with the blocks? The block looks like it works o.k. but the thumbnails seem to be generated incorrectly.

I believe you need to edit your css #obhead.
Your logo and banner are in a table but the table is in a cell and the cell has id="obhead" the background color of this set to some funky color of black or something. Here is the code to look for in your css.

#obHead {
height: 98px;
background-color: #00234A;

From looking at the theme you may be able to get the effect you want by just slimply taking out the background color and then it would have the color of the body background.

Hope this helps!

#obBanner {

text-aligncenter;

padding:5px;
}

Change the red 5 to 0 it will fix your problem.

If it has been working correctly. Then yes the disk space is likely to be the problem.

My hosting providers often let their /temp disk get full and my sites get unreliable. If useing cpanel you can see this as red flags. Send support an email they usually are not aware of the problem.
