Newbb posting error

I have just noticed that all of a sudden, my newbb is kinda messed up... when you post a message, it adds it to the site, but the post.php displays an empty page afterwards... what i get is, people submitting, getting an empty screen and pressing "refresh" in their browser resulting in the message being added yet again... what's the problem here?

I've already uploaded the whole newbb directory again, to no avail

I currently thinkhttp://www.softpedia.com is on of the better, it's not xoops, but would somthing like that be possible with XOOPS and some added modules? and is there anyone who could do this that is also involved in XOOPS dev?

How can i add >> alt="<{$down.title}>"
to the mydownloads img src?
It always messes up the code, because it adds the new or update or popular img to the tag...

Any ideas? thx

There "IS" a way... it makes use of the implode funtion in php and the calling of that file in a locally stored .shtml file...
So what it does, it retrieves the complete websitecode and includes it in the .shtml file...
When that .shtml file is viewed as source, you'll have the complete html of the remote website + your header and evenually scripts
I used to make a shitload of money with this... just remember, if doing this you could get busted as you're actually stealing content if it isn't yours in the first place...

I know some chinese people have modded XOOPS to be compatible with PHP5... naming it XOOPS 2.0.8 ... might be worth having a search on google :)

No and i can't really do that, the mydownloads works good and is good for indexing, and i'm using several own scripts that get downloads automatically (parsing)...
