On your server -- goto sql databases then phpmyadmin--- select database and use the browse tab to view files.

Has anyone heard of a module that acts like the weather module in that it opens within XOOPS and driving directions or a map can be requested .

EXAMPLE (kinda)
OCQMC directions

correct all members are not drivers I have a blank module maybe I can do something with Im lost lol thatnks for the replys

1.....Im looking for a module that will allow me to enter driver info, a pic or two and be able to be displayed on a page. I am unsure what a name would be for it as most of the modules in the repository are vague or not dated for latest version of xoops.

2.....I would like it to connect to a db and display a list of linked drivers, click them go to 'THEIR" full profile view. I am unsure if I can mod myself an existing module ---Im reading up on it lol----

3.....On another note can I install 2 photo galleries--- one for general members and a seperate one for the driver profiles? (totally seperate?)I am even searching for something close. Is there a mosule that will "roster" the drivers anyone knows of?

I am using the Latest version of xoops

Can I replace (or just turn off?) the contact us with a different type one? Must I use both? I have no admin for "contact us" is that right?

Would anyone know of a module name that would allow me to keep track of driver profiles I am currently working on a kids quater midget racing site and would like to have driver profiles.((maybe a clan mod?))

((((( some of the module names and descriptions are vague--- some are old and dont list exact versions etc))))))))))))

thanks again from a newbie to this forum and for all or any help thats given. We are a not for profit org and am glad to see such fines pieces of work for beginners to use.

Please set -=putenv=- at the top of global.php like

Please look in Google for your local -=putenv=- and be happy!

176 user online at any given time and I cant recieve a response to a tutorial for building your own modules? This would also benefit the community as I would release anything I completed. As stated before, I have many stand alone applications I would like intregrated into this fine piece of coding. (xoops)

Do I clone a module thats close to what I want to use? If so how do I test it?
Have to change sql to make new tables in db as to not overwrite the originals etc

Please someone head me off to start here.

Can somneone please point me to a tutorial or somehwere I may learn how to make my own module? I have several stand alone scripts i would like to use in XOOPS but would like them as a module with admin rights etc. Where do I start from the begining please lol? I new to xoops
