Heya!
I've just started on Xoops.org about a week or less now. I've been busy cusomising my own template and stuff, and I have run into a few questions.

1# I've noticed on some peoples, XOOPS sites, they can get news to be displayed on the front page, I have tried and tried, to get it to display, but all I get is a link to it.
I was wondering if WF-Sections supposrts like a "Newly Submitted Articles or something I could put on there?

2# If that is done by Soapbox, then how can I download it. Every time I try to download it fromhttp://dev.xoops.org/modules/xfmod/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1020&release_id=30&dl=43.
I get a weird page, one of those search engine pages. I was wondering, if there is anywhere to get it?

3# How do you get sections to display in your WF-Sections bar, I can make the articles appear on spotlight, but the catogory itself, does'nt show up. even when I click, add to main menu when modifying it. is it a bug? Or my plain stupidity.

4# Where can I find a WEB BLOG mod?, where users can have their own web journal, and upload entries, and such. =/ There are others like popnupblog, but reqires the admin to create accounts.

5# Is there a Classifcations/Personals Mod around here? If so, I would be willing to buy it.

PS: MAC users will have problems viewing the site, beacause I hav'nt updated the mac CSS file.

I've got it working now.
But now I am getting a:

MySQL version 4.0.18-standard

Everything is installed to the /root/public_html/ folder, does that help? =/

Well. I tried to compare files, but I had a 2.0.6. So I thought, how can I compare 2.0.6 files to a 2.0.7 files.
So I deleted everything, and the MySQL database, and made my own. and installed it manaualy.
and now, it's happenign again! Admin panel is blank! It's just this table with a white space in it, with links on top.
And it's now 2.0.7. I don't know what I'm doing wrong really?
If it was'nt fantastico's fault, then what?

I went to that link, for trouble shooting for Blank Pages. I put the SQL to update to show debug. But no errors on the admin.php page.
So I even edited the /includes/common.php, and set the debug on, and no errors.

I checked the CHMOD, they're all appropiatly CHMOD'd
I have not installed any other mods nor any other themes.

I ran into NO errors in the installsion.
But Why is it blank? ='((( It's not completely blank, really.
and I have no errors?

Help? =/

Everything works fine.
I logged in, and reset 444 to mainpage.php as it instructed me to do, but when I clicked on Admin settings, there's nothiing there!
Just a big blank page. With links at the top, and huge white space.

Can someone help me?
I installed this using the the Fantastico script.
