Yes it's a very good CRM and I use it sice a year in my job. (I want to buy the full version with the outlook connectors soon)
It's too big for me to adapt it in xoops.. (very big time to do this)

I had tried to launch the same contest in France but without success.
I just suggest some tracks of notations and some rules to be respected.
several criteria:
+ the theme.html
-- using Smarty vars
-- using style sheet for all the elements CSS of the core
cleanliness of the code (for the final improvements in particular)
-- no redundant tags
+ CSS
-- CSS and HTML validated by the inspector of the W3 C.
* That wants to also say a valid doctype in the theme.html
-- Compliance with the specifications CSS 2
-- Documentation of the tags
-- Naming of the tags
+ visibility on various navigators
-- Internet explorer V5 & 5.5 different from the others that!
-- Internet explorer V6
-- Opera 7
-- Navigators based on Gecko (Mozilla, Firebird…)
-- Konqueror (KHTML Engine)
-- Others of which MAC!
+ XHTML 1.0 Transitional checking
+ Copyright in all the files

a way to do this is to hack your header.php and insert a 'bid'
for each block. (you can re-use the ML pack form Marcan)
So you have after this a unique bid for each block.

After discussion with Herko it appears that a theme library could be install (at last) for the next week.
I'm working for this feature since many time and I hope that XOOPS users would be happy to having this library.
I have in this library more than 270 themes for XOOPS V2 and 160 for XOOPS V1.
I hope also that you (designers and graphics conceptors) could help me in this work. It means that since a year now I'm looking for some guys for creating/finding themes, tutorials.
I don't have as time I wanted for answering in forums but some good members make this support very good.
I hope at least that someone can help me to wrote tutorials and finding new themes.

have you try the 250 themes on xoops-themes.org ? perhaps can you find a theme like you want... or a theme to modify

the better way is to create a banning group and modify the account of this user... no access, no block... but it's true if he want to register under an other name.....
