In the language/whateverlanguage/global.php file (around line 158 on my english one) there is a section dealing with time formats. You need to change the order for the various date strings. Assuming the various modules have not hard coded the date format but use those language code defines, it should work.

Hello Sabine,
Some of us have been working on ways to hack XOOPS to do this. It is not perfect but it does work. It might be harder to pull of with many different languages. Most people have been trying to do it with 2 languages. Check out hsalazar's post and download. Note: he should be posting a patch soon that you can use to update your current site.

Speaking of Spam, I just thought I would share this with everyone. I found an open source Spam fighting program that is great. It is a little tough to learn, but anyone on this site, should be fine. I have basically eliminated all my spam in just a week! And fighting spam is only part of what it does...

Actually this is not a site to just hang out and chit chat. There are plenty of other sites around for that. Most of us come here to get information about new mods, new ideas and to catch up on the discussions. We also try to help each other out.
This is not a site to come and just criticize other people's work, as I have seen you doing a lot recently. Most of us don't like coming here and having to wade through a whole bunch of useless messages. Please keep your postings positive and constructive or refrain from posting.
