I guess in many ways I am pretty much the opposite of you... I use XOOPS much more than my skills allow for me to contribute with its development.

I like the CMS very much and do believe that we (the XOOPS Community) can both help each other and spread the word about how powerful these tools are in terms of enhancing communications.

I look forward to encouraging this effort.

Anyone out there interested in starting up a webring, cross link, or whatever of XOOPS Sites that are focused on IT Management, Software Management, Software Quality topics?

I have a couple of sites like that and would love to form some type of a symbiotic relationship with other like-minded (focused) sites...

Just a quick comment on another tool: I like iContent. It seems most stable and robust in my application.

Look in the theme.html file you are using. The wiki on theme development at the left will help you.

I tried to suggest this about a year ago; I even posted this concept on the site at sourceforge... and found no takers. I, too, like Jason's phpSurveyor. I have also found Jason to be very helpful and accomodating. I am pretty sure he would allow his software to be ported to Xoops. You may wish to coordinate any release with the formal release of 1.0 of phpSurveyor

I will be happy to assist you in testing any such conversion. My ability to code is extremely limited.

Assmuming you want to use netpbm for photos, you should make certian it is placed in your top www directory on your server. You will most likely need to have your ISP do the install.

I do have a copy of netpbm if you'd like to try this yourself (not recommended). Otherwise call your friendly ISP. If yours isn't friendly enough you may contact me re: mine (who is... )
