I just thought this was good stuff... so I'll bump it.

...and i would like to add that i'd really like to see more work done on the member profile page. I am also having a hard time finding a good buddy list mod.

Hi there....

I'd like to add a simple link on each users profile that takes you directly to their gallery.

ie: "View %'s gallery"

(I have disabled the default list of recent galleries and forum posts, etc that is listed at the bottom of each user's profile because of two reasons: 1.Clutter | 2.batch photo uploads will not show a title or create a link for the gallery module)

Therefore a simple link to their main gallery will be fine.
I look forward to your responses.

(BTW... I cant seem to find any official support for XCGAL)

ahh thank you...


That is not the same error, but this is most annoying!! There was some thought as to the file extension not working.

Some users are having problems uploading a new avatar.
While testing, I have encountered the error myself.

ERROR:
Errors Returned While Uploading

SITE SPECS:
Image Dimensions: 500 X 600
Max Image Size (Bytes) 75000

NEW AVATAR SPECS:
Filename: grandma.JPG
Image Dimensions: 325 X 450
Image File Size: 36.26k

PERMISSIONS:
public_html/uploads: CHMOD 777



Soooooo....... WHAT DO YOU THINK IS HAPPENING?????

PiCal time zone error - events displayed on wrong date

I have heard so many complaints about posting help requests on more then one forum, but after posting this issue on the pical website and recieving absolutely no response, I am going to turn here in hopes that someone knows what is wrong with this module.

My calendar is showing events on the wrong day.
Browsing through the table maintenance tab I recieved the error message below.

Table Maintenance :

There are {some number of} event(s) which is recorded with wrong timezone.

Do you repair them ?

I selected the GO! submit button.

Immediately after, events are being shown as happening the day before the date they are being posted on. I couldn't find anything that allows me to revert or unrepair the tables.

Our users are also complaining that events they post are not showing up.


I must also add that in the core XOOPS files where it asks for our timezone we selected -7 Mountain time. That's us here in Colorado.

I appreciate any immediate help you guys can offer. I have had to completely disable the pical calendar because it is displaying wrong information.

Hey Wheeler,

Have you heard of the "extremuserguestbook" module? This is almost exactly what I was talking about. I am not sure much hacking would be involved, but if one could make each user's guest book display on their member profiles..... Bam!! Just what we want. What do you think??
